A Kamado Joe Karbon Steel – Wok is pre-seasoned, easy-to- clean and includes custom Kamado Joe stamped stainless steel handles making this new cooking surface less likely to stick to food, easier to clean and provides even heat distribution. The thin forged wok will achieve cooking temperatures rapidly to give the capability to create authentic stir fry dishes on a Kamado Joe.
