Some of the functions:

Top Oven

• Light function: for illuminating the cavity of the oven whilst food is cooling, the cleaning of the oven or if you would like an ambient lighting in your kitchen for those romantic nights in.
• Conventional function: heat sourced from both the top and bottom of the oven, this results in a natural convection process.
• Grill – Ensures a high direct temperature for meats or where browning of a dish is required.
  

Bottom Oven

• Light function: for illuminating the cavity of the oven whilst food is cooling, the cleaning of the oven or if you would like an ambient lighting in your kitchen for those romantic nights in.
• Conventional function: heat sourced from both the top and bottom of the oven, this results in a natural convection process.
• Grill – Ensures a high direct temperature for meats or where browning of a dish is required.
• Defrost function: safer way to defrost your food without having to leave it all day or overnight. It circulates the unheated air around the food so it does not cook the food like a microwave would.
• Fanned Grill function: This function is great if you wish to close the door whilst grilling, this ensures a more consistent result and prevents food odours in your kitchen.
• Delicate Bake Function: Ideal for cooking dishes such as quiche, as it will crisp the base and cook the filing without destroying your creation.
